Guests can visit for no more than seven (7) consecutive days and no more than twice that many days in any one (1) year.

Maintenance
Maintenance has 7 days to paint, replace carpet/vinyl, make sure all appliances and plumbing are working before you move in.
You can submit a work order on your online resident portal, or call the leasing office.
If you have a problem with maintenance, please contact the leasing office so that we can address the situation and find a solution for you.
Only if you wish to be present for the work order.
You can bring a copy of your photo ID to the leasing office and we will let you into your apartment.
If you decorate, paint, etc - you will need to paint back to the original color, patch holes, etc. when moving out.
